As part of the Assembly’s effort to ensure good sanitation in the district, the Ho West District Chief Executive, Hon Ernest Victor Apau together with the District Environmental Health and Sanitation Officer and staff, Zoomlion and Dzolo Gbogame community undertook a clean up exercise in some key areas of Dzolo Gbogame on Friday, 14th February, 2020.
Rubbish’s were cleared and chocked gutters emptied to ensure cleaner environment.
The DCE indicated that in collaboration with various stakeholders in the district, the exercise will be replicated in major towns in the subsequent weeks to ensure the Assembly’s readiness for the raining seasons few months to come.

The Ho West Assembly was established by the Legislative Instrument (LI) 2083 of 2012. It is the highest political and administrative authority in the District. The population of the District stood at 94,600 as shown in Table1 (2010 Population and Housing Census).
